D6 Oil, also known as D6 Virginic Oil or D6 Virgin Distillate, is a highly specialized hydrocarbon liquid derived from the vacuum distillation of crude oil residues. 

With an extremely high flash point above 200°C, it is classified as a combustible rather than flammable liquid.

D6 Oil serves as a process oil across various industrial applications that require superior thermal stability and low volatility. Major uses include production of lubricating greases, rubber processing oils, transformer oils, cable oil fillings, and heavy-duty metal working fluids.

Its unique properties like low vapor pressure, high solvency, and lack of toxic aromatics make D6 Oil desirable for heat transfer applications while meeting stringent environmental and safety regulations. Its versatility positions D6 as an important petrochemical feedstock and process fluid.
